3-4Minutes walk to the tube at earls court. Really helpfull staff!! Perfect location for shopping in london. Earls court has lots of pubs and restaurants as well. Ok, hotel, good value for the money.(was not expensive) Felt safe in the neighbourhood.

Staff at Receiption was excellent

The hotel is clean and the person at receiption in the evening is very friendly and helpful.
The noises of doors closing around us kept us up most of the night. The cleaning staff never came to clean the room or replace the coffee and milk. Small room with limited space for big luggage

I was really worried after reading all the bad reviews, but, in the end it turned out to be a very decent and comfortable hotel! The room and bathroom were clean. It was small, but this is very typical in London. The breakfast buffet was good, better than a lot of other places in Europe! If you get an offer for more or less 80Pounds per night, it is really worth it, otherwise you might expect better quality and might be disappointed. But in all, it was worth the risk I took, I would definitely go back.
We were unfortunate to get the last double room available and it was close to the breakfast room. You can hear noises from 7.30 am. If you get a room in another floor, I think it would be fine!

Location! It is very near Earl Courts station which has connection with lot of lines! In general it is very good!
For people that is not used to... Be caurful with the plug!! It is different from other countries and they do not have adaptors... They sell you for 5 pounds! And it is your only option! And lastly... There is no continental breakfast! Just breakfast...
